Paler in color that PrieurâÇÖs Grÿves 1er Cru âǘ11, ChansonâÇÖs Beaune Grÿves has an open, generous and well-defined bouquet, with leafy and gravel scents emerging with time, dried flowerâÇÖs unfurling later. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly dry tannins, moderate depth and an earthy, masculine finish. This feels a little robust and it does lack persistence, but possess charm. AâÇútrad Burg,âǝ you might say.
